The idea of hidden sweetness, cloaked in dark or heady exterior, is a fascinating one, both to flavor enthusiasts from the tisanal world and to would-be witches and wizards of the muggle universe, many of whom know that when it comes to complexity, layers, and delicious wit; there’s nobody like Severus Snape. This is why we just know that the Defense Against Dark Arts master wizard would love spending an afternoon with a cup of Temi Sikkim darjeeling, the borderland wonder from the Himalayan edge of mighty India.
Temi Sikkim is a Darjeeling, formal and precise and classy, just like the rather old-fashioned Snape: all deep, calming brown from the amber leaves to the welcoming, brooding appearance. But what hides beneath the surface? What would attract the sort of wizard who keeps his own motivations buried so deeply that even his closest confidants can scarcely guess at his true loyalties?
Red fruit and honey lie waiting to weave their spell in every cup of this Indian farm tea, reminding us that sometimes, the old way is the right way, and that real adventure can lie right at home. And just as Snape’s own heart holds fast to his true devotion amid a shifting world of magic and intrigue, Temi Sikkim’s herbal wonders bring clarity and familiarity to a lovely, subtly sweet flavor collection.
One needn’t use a wand or utter an incantation to enter the magic world of exotic, invigorating flavor. And with a modest but notable caffeine kick, even the most ambitious Hogwarts scholars will find the energy they need to meet Snape’s demanding standards.
He would, of course, pretend to not be impressed.
But sipping Temi Sikkim and grading an essay written by a fellow Darjeeling drinker, the faintest smile might dare to cross the moody professor’s face.
