Paris- This rich black tea is flavored with notes of caramel and vanilla. We highly recommend it over a conversation about art, or possibly the fact that human beings can never fully understand one another, in a small cafe overlooking a melancholy river somewhere.
Florence- Most people who like Paris tend to also like Florence. This tea bustles with a metropolitan harmony of vastly diverse flavors. Chocolate notes and vanilla tones exist in competition like merchant ships freshly returned from strange and exotic lands. Almond and hazelnut crowd the sidewalks of the same symphony of dessert flavors.
Last Mango in Paris- This tea is like finally finding a comfortable-looking place to rest in a strange city. Its aroma is lushly fruity, and dominated by its whole chunks of dried mango. It brews to the dark pink-orange of a surrealist sunset, and it's lack of caffeine promises to not ruin your travel-weary aesthetic.
Moroccan Mint- If you're looking for something a little more exotic and refreshing as the days get long and still, this may be the tea for you. It is a green, spiced up with peppermint, and makes a remarkably refreshing iced tea.

There is no hard and fast rules on steeping except over steeping may make tea bitter. If you are unsure, try cooler water and shorter steeping times.
Below are general steeping instructions. For best results, follow the steeping instructions that came with your tea.
To estimate water temperature use a thermometer or wait a 2-3 minutes after the water stops boiling. Then the water temperature should be about 165- 185 F. You can gauge water temperature by looking at the bubbles forming at the bottom of the tea kettle. When pin size bubbles form, the water temperature is about 185F. To take the guess work out of water temperatures, try our electric tea kettle.
