How your tea is packaged for shipping

by Robert O'Brien December 07, 2014

A recent inquiry by Jennifer, inspired us to discuss our packaging of teas for shipping.  We take great care in packing our premium teas.

For each order, we hand pack your tea into our three layer tea envelopes.  These envelopes made with a combination of foil paper and cellophane.  The tops are rolled down and locked down with a tie bar. We then put brewing instructions on each bag along with the name of the tea.

We then place the packaged loose tea into rigid mailer boxes with some recyclable paper shred for padding.  We also include a packing slip and  3 free samples for you to try.

The mailer boxes are perfect for tea as they are very durable.  While these boxes cost more, than standard corrugated boxes, the added protection they offer is worth it.

Please shop with confidence, if your tea get damaged in shipping please contact us and we will make it right.

Thanks
